Covid-19 Delivery Notice
In response to COVID-19, although we are continuing to deliver, we would like to seek your understanding and apologise in advance for any delays you may face with regards to your orders.
Our warehouse is in Gothenburg, and due to the current COVID-19 situation, we need to prioritise the wellbeing of our workers and create a safe working environment following the social distancing rules which would affect the packing times of the parcels. Flights out going has also been limited and cancelled and our team is working hard under these conditions to continue to fulfill all orders. We thank you for your understanding under these unusual times.
We process and ship out orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Saturday, not including public holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with tracking information within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

If not in settled, any problems and issues that may rise are attributable to the recipient.
